AEC Bulk Bag Loaders are available for manual operation as well as fully automated units incorporating electric hoists, flow control valves, and various methods of conveying material into bulk bags.

It provides a dedicated filling station that can be configured around the requirements of the material and production process.
- Important considerations include the material being handled, bag dimensions, desired fill quantity, required level of automation, material delivery method, and how filled bags will be removed from the loading area.
- Automating portions of the filling process can reduce manual intervention and provide greater control over material loading. Bulk Bag Loaders can be configured for manual operation or as automated units incorporating electric hoists, flow-control valves, and different methods of conveying material into the bag.
- A load-cell weighing system can monitor the weight of material being loaded into the bulk bag, providing greater control over the final fill quantity. AEC offers load-cell weight systems as an option for its Bulk Bag Loaders.
- Controlling material flow helps manage how material enters the bag as the target fill quantity is approached. AEC offers optional pneumatic iris valves with full-open, trickle, and fully closed positions for more controlled material filling.
- Bulk bag loading equipment can be configured around different materials, filling requirements, and levels of automation. AEC offers options including different construction materials, weighing systems, and flow-control configurations to accommodate different bulk bag filling applications.
