The TDV Series Positive/Negative Water Temperature Control Unit is designed for plastics processing and other industrial manufacturing applications where cooling circuit leaks can impact production performance. Utilizing a liquid venturi system to draw cooling water through the process under negative pressure, the TDV helps minimize the effects of mold and cooling circuit leaks while maintaining consistent operation.
Engineered for reliable process temperature control, the TDV Series provides an operating range of 32°F to 180°F (0°C to 82°C) and uses PID-based controls to maintain accurate temperatures throughout production. Its unique positive/negative pressure design, durable construction, and dependable performance make it an ideal solution for processors seeking improved process reliability and reduced downtime caused by cooling circuit leaks.
