The TCO Series Oil Temperature Control Unit is a high-performance process temperature control solution designed for extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, and other industrial manufacturing applications requiring elevated operating temperatures. Utilizing heat transfer fluid, the TCO Series delivers accurate and dependable temperature control up to 550°F (288°C) to support consistent processing conditions and product quality.
Engineered for demanding applications, the TCO Series offers multiple flow, pressure, and heater configurations to match a wide range of process requirements. Its robust design, flexible customization options, and ability to maintain critical temperatures within 1°F (0.55°C) make it an ideal solution for processors seeking precise high-temperature control and reliable long-term performance.
