Filter/Receivers are designed to separate pellets, flake or powder from the air stream in medium to high pressure pneumatic conveying applications. Filter/Receivers can also be configured as a central filter dust collector (main collection point) to provide primary pump protection. All Filter/Receivers use high pressure compressed air and an adjustable pulse timer control system that allows you to choose between “clean on demand” or continuous pulse cleaning of the filter media.
- The LFRP Series is designed for medium- to high-pressure pneumatic conveying applications that require the separation of pellets, flake, powder, or other conveyed materials from the air stream.
- Filter receivers help separate conveyed material from the air stream before the material enters downstream processing equipment. This supports efficient material transfer and helps maintain conveying system performance.
- Pulse-cleaning technology uses compressed air to periodically clean filter media during operation. This helps maintain airflow, reduce filter maintenance requirements, and support consistent conveying performance.
- Large filter receivers are often used in applications involving higher material throughput, central conveying systems, or processes that generate significant levels of dust and fines during material transfer.
