Custom systems and accessories are available to assist in the discharge to process for materials of all types.

It provides a dedicated unloading point that can be configured around the material and downstream equipment.
- A bulk bag unloader can help organize and control the discharge of material from large bags while reducing the manual handling involved in moving material into downstream processes. Automated configurations can further reduce operator involvement during unloading.
- Materials that compact or do not flow freely may require additional assistance during unloading. AEC offers a soft-stroke bag massager that can be incorporated into the system to assist material discharge from the bulk bag.
- Controlling discharge helps regulate how material leaves the bag and enters downstream equipment. This can be particularly important when the receiving process requires a controlled supply of material rather than unrestricted discharge.
- Processors should consider material flow characteristics, bulk bag configuration, unloading frequency, desired level of automation, available space, and the method used to transfer material to downstream equipment.
