Box Dumpers
Box Dumpers Removal Materials
Box Dumpers remove material from containers and place it into your material handling system quickly and affordably. The line includes vertical lift and dump equipment, totally enclosed dust containment units, floor level, and elevated dumpers. All equipment comes in various capacities and your choice of carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum construction.
REQUEST A QUOTE Find a rep- A box dumper is useful when material stored in boxes, bins, or other containers needs to be transferred into a material handling or production system. It can help simplify the movement of larger material quantities that would otherwise require manual unloading.
- A box dumper lifts and rotates the material container so its contents can be discharged into downstream equipment. This reduces the amount of manual lifting and handling required during material transfer.
- Box dumpers can discharge material into hoppers, mixers, conveying equipment, or other downstream material handling components. The appropriate configuration depends on the required dump height, container, material, and plant layout.
- Dust containment can be important when transferring materials that generate airborne dust during dumping. Enclosed dumping configurations can help contain material during transfer and support a cleaner material handling area.
- Processors should consider container size and weight, required dump height, material characteristics, receiving equipment, available floor space, and the requirements of the overall material handling process.
- The appropriate dumping arrangement depends on where the material needs to be discharged. Floor-level systems may be suitable for lower receiving points, while elevated configurations can transfer material to equipment positioned higher within the material handling process.
