GH & GH-M Series Extrusion Control Units
The GH extrusion control and GH-M extruder rate monitor units match the extruder throughput, track material usage, and can control extruder output with the optional control system. Weight per length and weight per area control are also possible using haul off control.

- The GH and GH-M Series continuously monitor extruder throughput using a mass flow weigh hopper and precision load cell system. The units can match throughput rates, track material usage, and support extruder or haul-off control to help maintain consistent production performance.
- Yes. The system can provide weight-per-length control to within ±0.5% of the target value. Weight-per-area control is also available to within ±0.5% of target when configured for those applications.
- The GH and GH-M Series provide material inventory tracking, line footage inventory, screw speed monitoring, line speed monitoring, and a color touchscreen control system. The units also include communication capabilities and a serial printer port for process monitoring and reporting.
