AEC Whitlock Series 1 Controllers
The Series 1 Plus Controller features Sensor-driven volume fill cycle, which assures full load discharge each and every cycle. Operator programming of blowback pulses optimizes operating efficiency. Accurate count of fill cycles (up to 9999) is kept on the batch counter even in the event of a power failure, providing means of estimating material usage. A No-fill alarm notifies the operator of empty gaylord or lack of material flow. Automatic shutdown saves motor brushes and reduces maintenance.
