AEC Whitlock ASV Series Compressed
Air Loaders
AEC's compressed air loaders are designed for use in facilities where a central conveying system is impractical. With three models available, each conveying unit includes an integrated filter. The ASV compressed air loaders work according to the venturi principle: material is conveyed using compressed air. Depending on the model, both granules and regrind can be processed.

AEC's compact AVL loaders are designed to provide trouble-free conveying using compressed air. These highly efficient, self-contained loaders use compressed air and use an efficient venturi to draw material from drums, bins or gaylords.

AEC's Powder Hopper Loaders are used to convey free-flowing powder materials like PVC and PE from gaylords to machine hoppers, blenders, or surge bins.

SRL, SRIL, and SLC Series Loaders from AEC feature a modular stainless steel design offering significant operational advantages. The modular design allows these units to be economically reconfigured to accommodate future production requirements. They are available in different configurations and feature material throughput capacities up to one thousand pounds per hour.

AEC Whitlock Series 1 Controllers
The basic Series 1 Controller features on/off operator control with visual indicator. Automatic time filling provides up to 1000 lbs./hr. for pelletized, free-flowing material @ 35 lbs./cu. ft.

AEC Whitlock Remote Proportioning Valve
The Remote Proportioning Valve provides reliable proportioning from 0 to 100% of two materials (typically virgin and regrind). A convenient window provides immediate inspection.
Quick-release top enables fast, easy cleanout for material changes. 45 degree angled design decreases flex hose wear for less maintenance.
