AEC Whitlock Pneumatic Conveyors
Performance proven AEC Pneumatic Conveyors have successfully automated thousands of machine side loading and grinder unloading operations. They offer processors unusual operating economy and low initial equipment cost for moving free-flowing granular materials at rates up to 1000 (454 kg/hr) pounds per hour. Powered by small amounts of compressed air, AEC Pneumatics features a perfected venturi design that uses plant air sparingly. The 500 Series, for example, uses only 7 CFM (198 ltr/m.) of compressed air. AEC Pneumatics are available as free-standing machine side loaders, granulator unloaders, and horizontal pick-up conveyors.

- Models 500, 506, 1000, 1006, 2002, and 2006 are fitted with stationary vertical pick-up tubes held in place by a flexible grommet to speed container changes.
- Model 2000 and 2001 feature a horizontal material pick-up arrangement to remove virgin or regrind materials from the bottom of surge bins.
- Series 1050 offers low cost granulator unloading of material with particle sizes up to 3/8" (9.5 mm). They include the manually operated Model 1050, and
granulator interlocked Model 1052.
- An optional filter cone attachment is available to help prevent "dusting" of granular materials.
