AEC Nelmor ALS Series Light Duty Shredder
The ALS Series light duty shredder is designed for processing
injection and extrusion mold startup purge. It reduces material to
approximately 1" to 4" when combined with an AEC Nelmor
granulator (stacked 2 stage or in-line with conveyors) and output
material sizes can range from 1/8" to 1/2". The granulator can
average 150% of its stated throughputs without heavy power
consumption loads (typically seen when using a granulator alone).

AEC Nelmor APS Series Pipe Shredder
The APS Series shredders have been developed for the size
reduction of pipes up to 51" (1,300mm) diameter from materials
such as UPVC, PE and PP. Pipes up to 29.5 feet (9 meters) in
length may be shredded without the need for pre-cutting. The
shredder is available with two rotor diameters (39" and 56"),
equipped with rotary cutters operating at low speed, ensuring
smooth, efficient size reduction of pipes.

Dual-Stage
Shredder-Granulators
SH Series single-stage Shredders and dual-stage Shredder/Granulators from AEC provide high-volume size recuction of bulky or
hard-to-handle materials such as plastic drums, purgings, sheet materials and heavy industrial scrap. Both hydraulic-powered and electric-powered models are available.
The dual, hex-shaft design of the SH Series
single-stage Shredder is highly efficient. Hooked cutting blades along the parallel, counter-rotating hex shafts intermesh to grab large and bulky materials, eliminating flyback. The high torque, low speed rotation of the blades quickly rips, tears, shears and breaks ingested material. Cutting action is minimized, reducing wear on blade surfaces.
