AEC Nelmor Strand Pelletizers

Most of our pelletizers come standard with Stellite tipped, stainless steel helical cutters. CPM-4V helical cutters are also available. The optional bolt-on rotor is available in HCHC tool steel, CPM-4V, or solid carbide. The standard bed knife is a 4-edge insert, high-chrome, with high-carbon tool steel, and CDC, Tungtsen carbide, and Cecoloy-4 bed knives are also available.

Models AEC126P, AEC128P, and AEC1212P come standard with wedge-held rotor assemblies, a low-cost design offered in a variety of tool steels and solid carbide. Both feed rolls are driven via gearbox. The upper feed roll is pneumatically loaded, polyurethane covered stainless steel. The lower feed roll is stainless steel/knurled. Hypalon, serrated, and carbide-coated stainless steel rolls are also available.
